A 150 kilometres big area with just waterfalls. The biggest
(over 100 m high) and most famous waterfall is TiSorLu..
Day 1:
7.30: Breakfast
8.30: Departure to Umpang: We drive about 150 km through
delightful mountainous terrain and arrive after about
4-5 hours in Umpang.
11.00: Arrival in Umpang- lunch
12.30: Departure on a bamboo raft - after a 4 hour journey
through unspoiled and picturesque landscape we arrive
at our camp for the night.
16.30: Arrival at camp - The tents are erected, a campfire
is lit for cooking. Our guides will carve beakers and
cutlery from bamboo. A plentiful dinner with tea and
coffee is provided.
Day 2:
8.00: Breakfast
9.00: Hike to the waterfall camp - We will walk up and
down through mountainous jungle, sturdy footwear is
a must!
12.00: Arrival at camp - Prepare camp for the night,
eat lunch.
13.00:
We walk half an hour to the waterfalls. The Tiralasu
falls are about 100 meters high and supposed to be the
highest in Thailand. We will climb the falls as high
as you like. In this heat you can chill and swim in
the cool mountain waters.
17.00:
Return to camp and dinner.Our guides will perform magic
tricks to entertain you.
Day
3 :
8.00: Breakfast
9.00:
Hike to a tribal village. Along a dreamy river we walk
about 3 hours through the jungle to the tribe of the Merl.
These people live isolated in the mountains. We visit
the village, get to know the people and their culture
and spend the night with a guest family.
17.00:

4 :
8.00: Breakfast
9.00: Elephant ride - It is a special experience riding
through the jungle at a height of 4 or 5 meters
13.00: Arrival in Umpang - lunch. Return to Mae Sot. There
we visit a 3storey golden temple, said to be the most
beautiful in the area.
